APPROACH

You're here because something isn't working—and you're ready for a change. Maybe you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and are just now turning your attention inward. Or maybe you’ve started to realize that old patterns—rooted in past trauma—keep resurfacing, getting in the way of the life you want to live. You are ready to explore the impact of the past, break free from unhealthy cycles, and reconnect with your own voice. This work can be uncomfortable at times, but you won’t be doing it alone.

With over 20 years of experience, I work with a range of clients, including: Children who are struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, or behavioral challenges. Parents seeking support in navigating their child's emotional and behavioral needs. Adult women who are ready to explore how past experiences are showing up in their current lives and life transitions. Coaching for young adults who are launching into adulthood.

My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and guided by a deep understanding of how early life experiences shape who we are. Whether you're a parent needing guidance, a child processing trauma, or a woman working to heal from the past, therapy with me is a place to feel heard, supported, and challenged.

SERVICES

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is for children, adults and parents to express themselves, reflect, resolve and understand themselves and improve their relationships with themselves and others. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be used for skill building and/or reflective work.

FAMILY THERAPY

In Family Therapy, we will look to improve communication and understanding of family members. Family therapy is also an excellent way for parents to remain involved in their children's individual therapy and make connections between the sessions and home.

PARENT CONSULTATION AND TRAINING

Support for parents navigating children's mental health, behavioral concerns, trauma, or life changes and transitions.

Support services are needed to continue supporting the emotional well-being of children and families in our community. School training on trauma, critical incident debriefing for community members and families, and other mental health training for school systems is available. Private pay only.

COACHING

Coaching services are designed to support older adolescents and young adults who don’t require therapy but need guidance, structure, skill building, and encouragement as they navigate the transition to adulthood.
