APPROACH

Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she provides a reflective space for clients to explore their challenges and learn to trust themselves.
SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is for children, adults and parents to express themselves, reflect, resolve and understand themselves and improve their relationships with themselves and others. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be used for skill building and/or reflective work.
FAMILY THERAPY
In Family Therapy, we will look to improve communication and understanding of family members. Family therapy is also an excellent way for parents to remain involved in their children's individual therapy and make connections between the sessions and home.
CONSULTATION AND TRAINING
Community Support services are needed to continue to support the emotional well being of children and families in our community. School training on trauma, critical incident debriefing for community or families and other mental health training for school systems are available. Private pay only.
PARENT CONSULTATION
Support for parents navigating children's mental health, behavioral concerns, trauma or life changes and transitions.
